Delete Your Account and Data

You can ask SIVO TECHNOLOGY LLP to delete your Atithi account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

1. How to Request Deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email on your account or stating your registered mobile number.
2. We will verify the request by sending an OTP to your registered mobile number.
3. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. Tenants should complete move-out first, so that dues with the PG owner are settled.

2. What Is Deleted

• Your profile: name, mobile number, email and signature.
• Uploaded KYC document images and payment screenshots.
• Your device push-notification tokens.

3. What We May Keep

Where the law requires it, we keep limited records, such as payment and invoice records needed for tax purposes and stay records needed for tenant verification, for the period the law requires, after which they are deleted. See our Privacy Policy.
